Important Points
Our Shinrin Yoku program is structured to run for a duration of 10 weeks. We value consistency and believe it is key to deriving the full benefits of your learning - each session is scheduled for a dedicated timeframe of 2 hours.
To further ensure continuity and establish a steady rhythm, we convene on the same day every week at the exact same time.
This routine allows participants to comfortably integrate the practice into their weekly schedules and enables the group to journey together through the entire process, enhancing the communal experience of forest bathing.
Please note that ideally it will be advantageous to complete the online part (10 weeks) before the immersive part (5 days) in Japan.
